Return Policy

At Saunders Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
• Have all original tags attached
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Fees

When return conditions are met, return shipping fees are covered by Saunders Fashion. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at: contact@saundersfashion. We will send you return instructions along with a prepaid label.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at contact@saundersfashion.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

• Underwear and swimwear (unless defective)
• Final sale items
