Free Shipping

All shipping costs are included in our product prices. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery time: 7-11 business days after your order has been shipped.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Duties are included in the price. All customs duties are already included in your order total at checkout.

Taxes will be charged as per local regulations and will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

Damages

Saunders Fashion is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
